Will all of my parts be coming together?

Though most of our orders ship from our central warehouse in Florida, there will be cases where orders will be split into multiple shipments. Don't worry though! You will be provided with additional tracking numbers if an order is split or shipped from two locations. 

My Order's status is "Awaiting Shipment." How long until it ships?

It is best to start by checking the description of the items you have purchased. Some products are made to order and can take time before shipping. If your order is not custom made or back ordered it will likely ship out in one to two business days after time of purchase.

How do I rush an order?

At this time, the only way you will be able to rush an order is to contact a team member by calling our toll free number during work hours. The team member will need your order information and they will check to see if the order has left our warehouse. If your order already has a tracking number associated with it we will no longer be able to expedite it. Additional charges may apply to rush an order.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes! We ship both UPS and USPS to Canada. If you feel the product you want to purchase is not giving your zip code in Canada a proper shipping quote please contact one of our team members by calling 352-789-6701. In certain areas our toll free number may not work. Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada.  These charges may include POST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods.  A brokerage fee may also be charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer's behalf.

How do I return the products I ordered? 

You will have to obtain an RMA number from our customer service team before mailing back your parts. Please do not ship products directly back to the address on the box! We cannot guarantee a refund on a product that was not returned properly. For more details please read our Return Policy Page.

How do I use a coupon code I found?

Coupon codes are entered in box five of the checkout process. Make sure to enter coupon codes before completing your order. Coupon codes cannot be used after an order has been placed.

I live outside the US and it is saying we cannot deliver to my address? What is wrong?

This does not mean we cannot ship to you! Sometimes a foreign address will not be able to be calculated by our shipping system. For these orders you will need to call or contact us through email.

I live inside the US and it is saying we cannot deliver to my address? What is wrong?

Do not worry! We can definitely ship to you, we just need to get you a custom shipping quote!  Most likely you have some large parts in your shopping cart or large quantities and we need to calculate this for you so that you get the best shipping rate.  If you do see this message please call us or email us so we can help!

I ordered on a weekend, when can I expect my order to ship?

Your order will be processed Monday morning and will ship within one to two business days. This is the same for Holidays as well: orders will be processed the next day of business after the end of the Holiday. For example, if you order on July 4th your order will be processed July 5th.

How do I print an invoice from one of my orders?

Printing your invoice is simple. First log into your account and click "Order Status" at the top left of the page. From there, just find the order you wish to print an invoice for and click "View Order Details". Once on the next page you will see blue text that says "Print Invoice" towards the bottom of the page. After you click that text you are done!

Do you sell OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts?

If you are looking for parts manufactured by the original truck manufacturer you will need to buy from your local dealership.  We sell aftermarket parts, which are direct replacements, so that we can provide you unique products at equal or even better quality at a very affordable price.

Does Raney's collect and remit tax on the customer's behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue?

Seller has collected the simplified sellers use tax on taxable transactions delivered into Alabama and the tax will be remitted on the customer’s behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue.
