Raney's Frequently Asked Questions Help Center

Welcome to the Customer Account section of Raney's Help Center! Here, you can find an assortment of Frequently Asked Questions regarding your Raney's account as well as your orders. If you don't find the answer you're looking for, please reach out to us via Live Chat , Phone Call , or Email!

Order Status

To view your order’s status, sign into your account by clicking on the ‘Sign In’ link at the top of the screen on Desktop. To sign in on Mobile, tap the hamburger menu (the three parallel lines located at the top left corner of the screen) and select ‘My Account’. After signing in, you can see all of the orders, and their statuses, tied to your account.

Order statuses update throughout the ordering process. Click the different statuses to learn more about them!

Please note: If an order was placed as a Guest (not signed into an account), that order won’t appear in your account.

How To Start A Return

You can complete a return in less than 5 mins with a prepaid return label to send your product back. Click the blue button at the top of our site labeled “Easy Returns'' and follow the steps that follow.
You can also access this under your account by clicking “Start A Return” and it will navigate you to our easy returns portal.

Changing Or Updating Account Information

Within your Raney’s account, under the Account Settings tab, you can change your account information. Here, you’re able to change the following: First name, Last name, Company name, Phone number, Email address, and Password.

If you’ve forgotten your password and cannot login to your account, select the ‘Forgot your password?’ link next to the ‘Sign In’ button to reset your password, or click here.

How To Add, Update, Or Delete Addresses

Once logged into your Raney’s account, navigate to the Addresses tab to view all of your existing addresses. Editing or deleting an address can be done by clicking the buttons on the respective address.

To add a new address, click ‘+ New Address’ at the end of your list of addresses and enter the new address’s details.

What's Raney's Rewards & How Does It Work?

Raney’s Chrome Convoy Reward Program is a free feature that is automatically available to anyone who creates a Raney’s account. As a member of the Chrome Convoy, you earn miles that can be redeemed for rewards, like coupon codes or free products!
If you do not have a store account, you can create an account using this link.

How Do I Redeem My Miles For Rewards?

Use the Reward bubble located in the bottom left corner of your screen. Select ‘Ways To Redeem’, View the product that you’re interested in, then use the ‘Redeem’ button to spend your reward points.

To utilize your reward, apply the coupon code provided during checkout. If you redeem a physical product (anything that is not a coupon code), please add that product to your order before applying the coupon code. Only one code can be redeemed per order.
Note: Rewards expire if they are not utilized within 365 days.

Why Do I Not See My Order Under My Account?

Please make sure that upon checkout you are signed into your account. If you are not signed in to your Raney’s account during checkout, you’re checking out as a guest. Guest orders are not tied to your account and do not earn reward miles.
