Return Eligibility

The majority of products are returnable. The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items not in resellable condition
  • Installed or modified items
  • Stainless Steel without protective laster film
  • Opened Mattresses/Broken vaccuum seal
  • Sheets & Bedding
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Defective items - Call us to file a warranty claim!

Return Time Limits

There is no time limit for standard returns! If the order is older than 1,462 days (4 years, 2 months), please call us to set up your return.

How To Start A Return

Starting a return is very easy and only takes a couple of minutes to complete. Click the blue button at the top of our website called “Easy Returns”. From there follow the steps given.

Returning Products Purchased In The Chrome Shop

If you shopped inside our Chrome Shop, you can return your product by coming back into the store with your receipt. If you prefer to ship your return, you can contact customer service and request return information. Visit our contact page for ways to get in touch with them.

Are There Restocking Fees?

Raney's is proud to offer customers no restocking fees on everyday orders. Custom/bulk orders, refused shipments, or returns sent back without prior authorization from Raney's may be assessed a restocking fee.

How Soon Will I Get My Refund?

After being delivered back to us, typically your refund will be issued within 7 business days or sooner.

How Will I Receive My Refund?

They will only process refunds through the original payment method. If for any reason we cannot refund back to that original payment method, then store credit is issued. If your bank does not accept refunds after a set time period, then we would issue store credit as a refund. Orders returned 180 days after purchase date can only be refunded back as store credit.

How Much Does Return Shipping Cost?

Return shipping cost varies based on the item and its size. However, we offer you reduced shipping costs when you use our labels to return your products. We try to do whatever we can to help your wallet!

Who Is Responsible For Return Shipping Costs?

If Raney's has made a mistake, then we assume all responsibility for your return and we will cover all shipping costs.

If you ordered incorrectly or changed your mind, then we will simply deduct the shipping costs from your refund. You will see the expected cost of the return shipping on your "Estimated Refund Summary" page when setting up a return in our return center.
Keep in mind that this page is not saying for sure that we will charge you for shipping. After the Warehouse inspects your order, we will determine who is responsible for return shipping costs and your refund will be issued accordingly.

What If I Received The Wrong Item?

If Raney's shipped you the wrong item, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order by calling or emailing us. Or you can start a return through our returns center and select the return reason: "Raney's sent wrong item". Click the blue button at the top of our website called “Easy Returns” to start a return.

If My Item Is Damaged, Can I Return It?

If you received your item damaged in shipping, please call Customer Service at 888-888-7990. We do not accept returns for items that are damaged, but we will still be able to assist you over the phone. Read the full return policy.

How Can I Make An International Return?

Returning From Canada

Use the blue "Easy Returns" button at the top of our website and follow the steps. Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Taxes & Duties are not refundable when returning a package.

Return From Other Countries

If you do not live in the 48 Contiguous states or Canada, please email us at cs@raneys.com to start the return process. Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
