When Can I Expect My Order To Ship?

In most casese, orders ship out of our Florida warehouse in 24-48 hours. Some items are made to order and will experience longer lead times before shipping. To know for certain, you will see a lead time listed on the product listing in red text located underneath the price. Keep in mind that these lead times are estimates because the manufacturing process is not on an exact schedule. Products could experience further delays beyond the listed lead time. If back-orders occur, then we will contact you as soon as we are notified.

Will All Of My Items Arrive Together?

An order that contains multiple products may not arrive in one shipment. If the products are in stock at our headquarters in Florida, we do our best to ship your order altogether.
At times, products may be ‌in separate warehouses. To ensure you receive your product(s) as quickly as possible, you may receive items in multiple shipments that may arrive on different days.

You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your product has shipped out. If you ‌wish for your items to be shipped in one total shipment, you will need to contact our sales department for help to place the order to ensure that this is done.

What If My Item Arrived Damaged?

If you purchased Extend shipping protection, please see the Extend section below to process your damage claim.

For orders without Extend shipping protection, please contact our customer service team immediately at 888-888-7990 or All damages must be reported within 24-48 hours of receiving your package. To expedite the claims process, please take pictures of your product. If your delivery is an LTL/Freight item, please carefully inspect your product even if the package arrives in good condition. In the event of damage, your Bill of Lading must be marked as damaged for us to file a claim with the carrier; if the Bill of Lading is not marked as damaged, we're unable to assist you. Do not contact the manufacturer or the shipping carrier of the product directly, as they cannot assist you in receiving a new item. Please do not install the part, discard the packaging, or return the product, as this will void any replacement options or claim.

What If My Packaged Is Lost?

If you purchased Extend shipping protection, there is no need to contact Raney’s. Instead, see the Extend section below to process your damage claim.

Extend Shipping Protection offers extra protection for damages, lost, or stolen packages. If you have experienced any of these scenarios and need to file a claim, please file a claim through their online portal or through their application. You will need your order number and the email associated with your order. File a claim. After delivery, Extend shipping protection is non-refundable.

Customers can file a claim 5 days after their delivery date, and have up to 60 days to do so.

Freight LTL Or Oversized Shipments

Freight/LTL shipping quotes are calculated based on delivery to commercial addresses; additional fees apply to non-commercial addresses. If a commercial address wasn't provided at checkout, we will contact you with an updated shipping charge--providing a commercial address prevents delays with your order. If you'd like a quote to a non-commercial address, we are more than happy to help!

At delivery, if you cannot unload your product, additional fees may be charged by the freight carrier. Raney's is not responsible for these charges; the decision to accept these charges lies solely with the deliver recipient.

Expedited Shipping (NDA, 2DA, etc.) & Rush Shipments

We know that sometimes you need to get back on the road ASAP. We’re happy to offer accelerated shipping options for eligible products for those moments.

If you need a product expedited or rushed, but do not see expedited quotes being provided at checkout, please contact us. It would be best to contact our sales department before you place your order to arrange this. Leaving a note on your order may not be seen so that will not guarantee we can expedite your order.
Sometimes there are limitations with expediting orders, but we will do our best to meet your needs and get you on the road as fast as possible!
