Acceptable Forms Of Payment

We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Note: Only Credit, Debit, or PayPal Invoices are acceptable payment methods for orders placed over the phone with a sales representative.

    How To Cancel Or Change An Order

    If you need to cancel your order, or make an update, please contact our customer service department. Raney’s can not guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been placed, but we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

    If your order has shipped, changes and cancellations cannot occur. Please start a return by clicking the blue “Easy Returns” button at the top of our site. Please do not refuse your order; doing so may cause delays in your refund.

    Ordering Custom Products

    Want a really awesome product made to fit your style and needs, but do not see it on our website? We have access to specialized manufacturing facilities which can produce custom products to fit your design and style. Contact our sales department at 888-888-7990 and they will be more than willing to help you in creating your vision. Please keep in mind that custom made orders cannot be canceled and are not eligible for a return.

    Tax Exemptions

    Every penny counts and we are more than willing to help you and your company with setting up your account to be tax exempt. Contact our sales team at 888-888-7990 to help set up your account before an order is placed. We will need your current year tax exemption form on file and there is a quick process of setting your account up to be tax exempt. Once the order is placed, we cannot refund any taxes to you. Tax exemption will need to be renewed every year with the proper updated documentation.

    When Am I Charged For My Order?

    To guarantee product commitment, we charge the form of payment method provided upon the order being placed. Depending on your bank’s processing times, you may not see it reflected on your statement the same day.

    Can I Pick Up My Order?

    With our large warehouse and stocked chrome shop, we can often set up local pickup to help you avoid shipping charges. If your product is in stock, your order can be picked up on the same day! If you do not see the option for local pickup upon checkout, please contact our sales department so they can assist you in facilitating this at 888-888-7990.
