Vendor's General Warranty Policy
The vendor warrants all new products against defective material or workmanship for (1) year OR (100,000) miles from the date of sale, whichever comes first. This warranty does not apply to conditions and damages resulting from misuse, abnormal or nonstandard applications, negligence, alterations, accidents, improper installation or any form of maintenance.
The vendor will, at its sole option, repair or replace those parts which are found to be defective in either material or workmanship. Any notice of defect in materials or workmanship must be provided within (30) days of the date of purchase. The vendor is not liable for incidental damages or any costs due to labor associated with the installation or removal of the defective product.
