The Aircell intake spacer is a great solution for fuel management. It's a simple and inexpensive way to help control escalating fuel costs while offering an increase in performance. These intake spacers are also environmentally friendly because their use results in reduced exhaust emissions. It's simple design means that you can quickly install the intake spacer and be back on the road in less that 30 minutes. Here's how it works: When air comes in from the charge air cooler it passes over the patented helix spiral located on the inside of the bore opening. This process results in a much more turbulent air flow leading to an increased air/fuel atomization, which then allows for a more efficient combustion. The resulting increased efficiency ultimately leads to lower fuel consumption and increased horsepower for your truck's engine.
