Talladega Fiberglass, hereby warrants, as follows, all materials and workmanship used in fender construction of Talladega Fiberglass, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from date of original date of retail purchase. Talladega Fiberglass warranty is limited to normal use and not resulting from accidents, misuse or negligence. Not Covered Under The Talladega Fiberglass Warranty: - Installation, removal, rigging or de-rigging. - Maintenance cost for parts and labor. - Finishes affected by climate and use conditions beyond the manufactures control, including spider webbing, chalking, fading , crazing and otherwise changing in color or paint and gel coat finish. - Negligence do to improper maintenance such as, improper fasteners, loose fasteners or improper installation.
