Globetech Manufacturing warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment. Conditions resulting from misuse, negligence, alteration, accident, or improper installation, maintenance, or application shall absolve seller of all liability. The foregoing constitutes the sole warranty of Globetech Manufacturing with respect to its products and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or of the fitness for a particular purpose. In no event, and under no circumstances, shall Globetech Manufacturing be liable for consequential or special damages.
