General FalconEye Electronics Warranty
FalconEye Electronics offers both a (30) thirty-day money back guarantee and a (1) one-year warranty covering defects in material and workmanship under normal use/service. Please note that any and all warranty claims must be filed directly with FalconEye, available for contact at 512-251-8472 or online at TopDawgElectronics.com, but don't hesitate to give us a call here at Raney's if you'd like information or help getting started!
30 Day Money Backup Guarantee: You may return new, unused & unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (FalconEye Electronics will refund cost of the product only, not the cost of shipping, if applicable). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of a shipping error or mistake by FalconEye Electronics. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to request a return, you must contact FalconEye Electronics and follow return procedures and use an RMA number. Failure to comply with these procedures could result in a deduction if there are more costs associated with this return.
1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty: Manufacturer warrants to original purchaser that the product finished here-under shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. In the event of any defect in material or workmanship, the Manufacturer will for twelve (12) months from the date of delivery of product to purchaser, F.O.B. point of origin replace any defective parts in respect to the product or replace the product with new or like new product at Manufacturers option. If you have a defective product, FalconEye will not cover the cost of shipping the unit back to us, however, FalconEye Electronics will pay for shipping to ship back the replacement or repaired unit. FalconEye Electronics will not cover any cost to uninstall or reinstall any defective products in case of any manufacturers or customers defect. In the event of a defect, return the product in tact to the Manufacturer (shipping to Manufacturer will be paid by purchaser) with evidence of purchase date within last 12 months for proper handling of the warranty claim.
