Our warranty policy at JML KUSTOMS is designed to ensure a hassle-free experience for our valued customers. It's important to note that these warranties are non-transferable and specifically pertain to the original installation and purchaser. JML KUSTOMS will not assume responsibility for any incidental or consequential damage. Furthermore, we will not be liable for any claims or damages that exceed the original purchase price of the products. Please be aware that our warranty does not extend beyond what is explicitly outlined herein and does not encompass any expressed or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty is not inclusive of costs related to loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, or products that have been damaged or rendered defective due to improper installation. Additionally, it's important to know that our warranty does not cover products that have been subject to drilling, cutting, welding, submersion in water, or any other form of modification. JML KUSTOMS cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from road hazards, accidents, misuse, neglect, water intrusion, abuse, or exposure to corrosive environments, which includes acid washes and the use of highway snow and ice chemicals. These factors can lead to discoloration and corrosion in our aluminum, chrome, stainless steel, and lighting products. Important note: please note that the LED bulbs themselves are not waterproof and may be damaged if exposed to excessive moisture. Unfortunately, damage to the LED bulbs due to water exposure is not covered under our warranty.
