General Manufacturer's Warranty Policy
The Manufacturer offers a limited lifetime warranty on select products. This warranty and any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, last for the useful lifetime of the product provided the original retail purchaser owns the vehicle on which the product is installed. This warranty expires if the product is removed from the original vehicle or if ownership of the original vehicle is transferred to another individual. This warranty is not transferrable from the original purchaser.
These warranties do not cover any loss, damage, defect or malfunction caused by the following: misuse, abuse, fire, theft, collision, accident, improper installation, modification, neglect, mistreatment, improper or inadequate maintenance as well as on or off-road hazards. Items damaged during shipment are not covered by these warranties. Incidental and consequential damages are not recoverable under these warranties except in North American states or provinces where required by law.

Freightliner Classic FLD 120 Round Hole Punch Grill Insert With Cross Stitch Pattern 
This purchase was a mess from the start. Raney’s shipped out the order the next morning 11/26/24 and it should have been here the following Friday. It arrived weeks later after being lost by FedEx. The packaging was torn open and the nuts and bolts were everywhere scratching the grill. To make matters worse, it was not what I thought I was ordering and was just a cover plate to bolt over the existing grill I guess. I wanted a whole grill replacement. Raney’s filed a lost item claim and shipped another out the day before the original arrived. I tried to stop it but it was too late. Now I have not seen the second grill insert. I asked our FedEx person and was told it was returned to Raney’s. Now I’m waiting two more days before I call about the refund to give it time to get there. Better pictures would have prevented me from ordering this to start with.
