RoadReady Parts warrants its products for one (1) year from the date of installation against defects in materials and workmanship.* All products in the following series come with an extended two-year or 250,000-mile limited warranty (whichever occurs first) starting from the date of installation: - 23XXXX Series Radiators - 22XXXX Charge Air Coolers - 92XXXXX Series A/C Condensers To submit a warranty claim, you will need a RoadReady Parts issued Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA), a copy of the RoadReady Parts invoice, and a copy of the work order noting the date, part number, and proper coolant mixture used for radiators at the time of installation. All warranty considerations are at the sole discretion of RoadReady Parts’ Returns Department. Approved warranty claims will result in a credit to your account. The Returns Department will provide the necessary requirements and instructions for processing your warranty claim and the routing of the product based on the nature of the claim. RoadReady Parts has no obligation for reimbursement of labor or material charges for product replacement, removal, installation, related parts, components, or any subsequent expenses incurred. Overheating, engine, or transmission damage or failure is not covered by the warranty. This limited warranty is void if the product is subjected to misuse, neglect, misapplication, installation error, installation damage, or operating conditions causing damage, corrosion, blockage, or limited performance. Any unauthorized attempt to modify or repair a RoadReady Parts product voids this warranty. RoadReady Parts products should not be installed in any cooling application where warning lights and/or gauges have been made inoperative or ignored during operation. These devices warn the operator of pending overheating conditions or failure long before internal engine damage occurs. Failure to monitor engine cooling performance is considered operator neglect and is not a basis for warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which vary from state to state. RoadReady Parts does not grant or authorize any person or business to assume, express, or imply responsibility other than those stated in this limited warranty. *Excluded from our 1-Year Limited Warranty are any products that are not finished and/or a complete assembly such as a Radiator Core or a Custom Radiator Kit. For components requiring further manufacturing or welding, RoadReady Parts warrants that these products will meet the specifications of the ordered or described product and be free of defects in materials and workmanship for their intended use. RoadReady Parts does not warrant or imply warranty on these components as they are completed and finished for use by further manufacturing processes outside of RoadReady Parts’ control.
