Dark Knight Titanium Stainless Steel Half Tandem Fenders 
Can on a pallet loose with no banding and nothing between the fenders for protection and were scratched. XPO denied claim and Raney offered 250 if I reordered...don't buy products through Raneys.

While we understand your frustration Raney's is doing our best to assist in this situation. We were informed in April that you received the product damaged. Upon arrival of your product the BOL was not signed for as damaged and we still tried to file a damage claim on your behalf with the carrier. The carrier did deny the claim because it was not marked as damaged and as a courtesy, because we do value you as a customer we did provide a $250 credit as a courtesy. We repeatedly did ask for any paperwork that you may have had that displayed you notified the carrier of the damage but we were never provided the documentation in order to dispute the denied claim. If a freight item is received damaged it is important for the BOL to be marked as damaged for this reason so a claim can be filed with the carrier. We certainly tried to do what we could despite no documentation and we wish there was further we could do
