I emailed your company and asked if the outside diameter was 4" as the description gave no measurements. A tech response via email came back saying "yes it is". I purchased it and received the the item at 3 3/4". Cant use it, now a paperweight. Not worth the trouble to return. Your survey asked, now you know. Cant see using this company again if a tech cant pull out a rule, measure and not assume. Roger L.
