Warranty Information
Air-Weigh Policy
Air-Weigh provides a Limited Warranty covering defects in material and workmanship for our products. New Scale kits are covered for 3 years, while new parts and accessories sold separately have a 1-year warranty. Repaired or refurbished items are covered for 90 days. If a product doesn't meet these standards during the warranty period, Air-Weigh will repair or replace it at our discretion. However, this warranty doesn't apply if the product is misused, neglected, or modified improperly.
For warranty inquiries or product support, customers should contact Air-Weigh Customer Support at (888) 459-3247. If examination or repair is needed, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required, which can be obtained through Customer Support. Shipped items must include this RMA number and be sent to Air-Weigh's facility in Eugene, Oregon. Upon receipt, Air-Weigh will inspect the material within 30 days. If found defective and within warranty, repairs or replacements will be made with prepaid shipping. For customers using purchase orders, credit memos will be processed accordingly.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for items not meeting warranty criteria. They can choose to have these items returned, discarded, or repaired at their expense. Please note that Air-Weigh does not directly process warranties; customers must contact our Customer Support for assistance.
