Warranty Information
General Warranty
We warrant that all Goods will, for the longer of either 12 months following your final acceptance of the Goods or the standard warranty period, meet the following conditions:
- Strictly conform to all terms, conditions, specifications, descriptions, drawings, and data specified herein or furnished herewith.
- Be of good design, quality, material, and workmanship.
- Be free from defects in materials and workmanship, merchantable, and fit for their particular purpose.
- Meet all applicable industrial or governmental safety standards.
- Be manufactured and produced in compliance with all applicable laws.
- Be free from liens, security interests, or other encumbrances.
Hazardous Substances Warranty
All Goods are free from asbestos and any other hazardous substances. We guarantee that no claim, demand, or notice has been filed regarding the use of hazardous substances in the manufacture or sale of the Goods.
Safety Data Sheets
If applicable, we will provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for substances containing toxic materials and affix the appropriate hazard warnings for safe use and handling. Additional MSDSs can be provided upon request.
Title Warranty
We warrant that we hold clear title to the Goods and have the right to sell them at the time of delivery. Unless specified in the Order, all Goods will be new and unused at the time of delivery.
Third-Party Component Warranty
We extend to you any warranties or guarantees provided by third-party manufacturers for component parts and accessories incorporated into the Goods. We will assist in enforcing any claims for defects from such third-party manufacturers.
Warranty Survival and Transfer
All warranties will survive intermediate or final inspections, delivery, acceptance, and payment. These warranties will extend to you, your successors, assigns, customers, and users of the Goods.
Remedies for Defects
If defects are found within the applicable warranty period, we will repair or replace defective Goods at no cost to you. Any return shipping costs will be covered by us.
