Transportation charges covering defective material under warranty shall be at the buyer’s expense. This warranty shall not extend to any ISSPRO Product or component part, which has been subject to misuse, accident or improper installation, maintenance, or application, nor does it extend to any part, which has been repaired or altered outside of the seller’s plant, unless authorized in writing by the seller.
