Warranty Information
RoadWorks Hero Series Light Warranty
This warranty covers all defects in materials or workmanship on select properly installed Roadworks Manufacturing Hero series lights, including Hero H1, H3, Watermelon, and Mini Watermelon lights. This warranty, and any implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, last three years (3 yrs.) from the date of purchase. The warranty expires if the product is removed from the original vehicle or if the original vehicle is transferred to another owner. The warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser.
During any applicable warranty period listed previously, RoadWorks Manufacturing, Inc. will inspect the parts and determine if they qualify for coverage according to the terms and limitations of this warranty. Roadworks Manufacturing will, at its option, either repair or replace any defective product at no additional charge and ship them back to you with freight prepaid. You must pay any labor charges associated with removing or reinstalling the product. If a specific product has been discontinued, Roadworks Manufacturing may, at its option, replace your product with a current product of comparable function and value. Liability in all cases is limited to the original purchase price.
These warranties do not cover special order products. These warranties do not cover any loss, damage, defect, or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, fire, theft, collision, accident, improper installation, modification, neglect, mistreatment, improper or inadequate maintenance, or on-road and off-road hazards. Items damaged during shipment are not covered by this warranty. Incidental and consequential damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states or providence do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
