Danger: Winner of 2025 Road to Wishes Truck Show

Danger Show Truck

Raney's Truck Parts is gearing up for our second Road to Wishes truck show on February 6–7, 2026. Visitors can expect vendors, fun, and food, along with the best show trucks from all over the nation. Like last year, we're raising money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central and Northern Florida. With your help, we can top the $90,000 we raised in 2025.

One of the trucks we're looking forward to seeing is Danger, the Kid's Choice and Best Interior winner in 2025. Built by A&A Stainless, this show truck represents everything we love about our Raney's community: ingenuity, persistence, and family.

A&A Stainless: All About Family

Danger's story is really the story of A&A Stainless. Started by Armando and Alexei Garcia, two brothers in Miami over 20 years ago, A&A has grown to employ numerous family members. Though the two brothers had no direct experience in the trucking industry, they had several truckers in the family and quickly learned what rig owners want in their custom stainless parts. You can now find A&A's hand-welded and hand-polished craftsmanship on rigs across the country.

Danger isn't the only show truck A&A has produced, and it isn't the only one with creative design, either. Supreme, one of their more recently sold creations, features can opener exhaust stacks. These trucks have helped A&A pick up plenty of word-of-mouth buzz and Instagram love.

The Birth of Danger

Danger started off from a destroyed 1997 Peterbilt 379. The two founders of A&A Stainless found her consigned to the junkyard in 2011. Though others had written the truck off as beyond repair, the brothers saw plenty of potential. A blank canvas was just what they needed for their new show truck.

Instead of kitting her out to perfection and keeping her that way, the brothers wanted to constantly add new touches to their rig. The first unique touch they thought of was machine gun-shaped stacks, which made the truck seem more than a little frightening. Danger seemed a fitting name.

It didn't take long for Danger to get noticed. She won the 2013 75 Chrome Shop show, not long after her owners decided she was ready to show. The road ahead seemed bright.

Danger's Big Comeback

Unfortunately, 2013 turned out to be a bad year for Danger. A&A Stainless suffered a huge blow when its CO2 laser broke. As a struggling small business with the owners as the only employees, it couldn't afford to replace it. Sad as the situation was, selling Danger was the only way to keep the business afloat.

Life went on for A&A, and the business started to take off. Finally, in 2025, right before the first Road to Wishes truck show, Danger's former owners were able to buy her back. The purple and black beauty returned home to a party at the A&A shop. Then, the race was on to restore and upgrade the rig before showing her off at Raney's.

One Badass Truck

From bumper to bumper, Danger is truly one of a kind. Starting with a fully custom stainless steel chassis, there's A&A Stainless custom work all over, including a gleaming cover on the Caterpillar engine, plus bumpers, boxes, and side panels. Each individual custom part can take days or weeks of hard work. The signature and fully operational machine gun exhaust stacks took months.

Danger's owners are especially proud of the bumpers and side panels, newly decked out in mesh and LEDs. There are LEDs in the center panel, too, allowing for colors ranging from Raney's red to a purple that matches the paint job. The owners also love Danger's striking Lamborghini doors, soon to be upgraded with electric motors.

True to their original plan, Danger's owners are always making improvements. Minutes before starting the trip to Road to Wishes, the shop welded and mounted a custom flag pole to the truck's rear. Next on the list is adding a flame system to the exhaust stacks.

Representing Miami

Danger proudly represents her Miami community. The fenders and rims were custom-made by family friends of the owners, and the cab sports fully custom waterproof flooring from another friend's boat shop. There are touches of Miami's boating culture all over the truck, including Danger's air filters, which are designed for Cigarette Racing boats.

Perhaps the coolest maritime touches are the large waterproof speakers mounted behind the cab. Designed for yachts, these speakers allow Danger to bring the party with her.

A truck as beautiful as Danger can't afford to risk her looks. The rig is chauffeured to and from truck shows.

Road to Wishes Truck Show

Danger was one of 48 registered show trucks at the 2025 Road to Wishes show, where it won the Kid's Choice award, as well as Best Interior. Road to Wishes is about far more than awards, though. The 1,000+ attendees and 25 sponsors raised over $90,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central and Northern Florida, enough to grant nine wishes for children with critical illnesses. Not bad for the show's first year!

As Danger's story shows, trucking is a business built on family and community. At Raney's Truck Parts, we're thrilled to give back to our community with the second Road to Wishes truck show. It'll be even bigger than last year's, with vendors, food, and dozens of the best custom rigs around. Kids, and maybe a few adults, will have the chance to get behind the wheel of a show truck. There will also be family-friendly games, along with a truck light show on Friday night.

Admission is free for visitors, with plenty of free parking available on site.
