Customer Service Manager Position

Raney's Inc. is a fast growing company in the automotive aftermarket chrome & accessories industry looking for an individual who is personally motivated for a Customer Service Manager position. An understanding of internet commerce and usage is a must for this position. Training will be provided for our inventory management system and CRM software. Previous experience as a manager is beneficial.

In this position your main responsibility will be overseeing our customer service department with the goal of providing excellent customer service to each and every customer. We expect the person applying for this position to be able to elevate the performance and atmosphere of this department day in and day out. Our mission statement is, "To provide the best customer experience possible by creating connections, sharing passion, and taking pride in the parts and service that we deliver." and you will be accountable for seeing this through. You will work with our already excellent team of "Raney's Angels" very closely and be involved in the daily operations. Surprising and shocking customers in a positive way is a big part of what we do and you will be expected to find and encourage new creative ways to accomplish this.

- Excellent written & communication skills
- Ability to Prioritize
- Problem Solving
- Multi-tasking
- Comfortable working in front of a computer for extended period of times
- Comfortable working across functions and coordinating information with the Sales Team
