Placing An International Order

Orders to Canada: Our website is configured to process orders and calculate shipping to Canada. You can check out as normal on our website.

Orders to Other Countries: To place an international order shipping outside of Canada, please email our sales team at sales@raneys.com or call our toll free number, 888-888-7990.

Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs charges, or currency exchange fees that your order may incur. We recommend calculating your potential duties and taxes before placing your order to avoid any surprises! We are unable to calculate those for you.

If a shipment is refused, any transit charges, customs fees, duties, and taxes will be deducted from the customer’s refund. If the carrier is unable to contact you at the border or you refuse the package, be aware that the shipment may be abandoned by the carrier and lost permanently. In these situations, no refund will be given since Raney’s did not receive the product back.

International Order Lead Times

Sometimes, we may need to centrally locate all products to one warehouse before shipping. This can cause longer lead times for international shipments than what is on our website.
