Warranty Information

F & F Industries, Inc., doing business as CENTRAMATIC warrants their balancers to be commercially free from any defects in material and workmanship. This warranty shall remain in force for a period of five years from the date of purchase, but shall not extend to any equipment that has been affected by damage or wear resulting from misuse, abrasion, corrosion, negligence, accident, tampering, faulty installation, inadequate maintenance, damage, casualty, or any other reason. This warranty shall not extend to equipment that has been repaired or altered in any way that affects the condition of the balancer(s). This warranty is conditional upon the PREPAID RETURN of the balancer(s)claimed to be defective. Examination by CENTRAMATIC will be the sole judge as to the condition of such. If the claimed defect is verified, CENTRAMATIC will repair or replace free of charge any defective part(s) and returned to the original purchaser with transportation prepaid. If inspection of the balancer(s) does not disclose any defect in material or workmanship, repairs will be made at a reasonable charge, which may include the costs of parts, labor and transportation. In no case shall CENTRAMATIC’S liability exceed the amount of the purchase price.
