The Champ II™ heavy duty spin-on fuel air separator, removes air and vapor, optimizing the performance of the fuel delivery system. Requiring less than an hour for installation, the spin-on Champ II™ receives fuel flow, at pressure, from the engine’s transfer pump, and uses that pressure feed to separate efficiency-robbing air and vapor from the diesel fuel supply, enabling the most complete burn of fuel possible. The Champ II™ is designed to remove entrained air and vapor and particulate contaminants, thereby restoring optimal running conditions to the engine. The patented diesel fuel systems by PureFlow Technologies are the only fuel air separation systems with third party verified positive air separation.
